Read the contract, then place a $500 deposit for a current or anticipated litter. The confirmation page directs you to our puppy application, and we confirm your reservation within 24–48 hours.
We alert you by email or text when your puppy is born and schedule your pickup appointment. Weekly photo updates follow as the puppies grow.
At 7 weeks we complete Volhard’s Puppy Aptitude Test on each puppy and send interactive videos with scores and personality notes. Pick order is set by date of deposit.
At 8 weeks, pick up your puppy at your pre-scheduled appointment. Personalized delivery to your door is available on request.

Puppy deposits are non-refundable, and your deposit applies to the listed cost of the puppy. If you reserve from an anticipated litter and that puppy becomes unavailable, we will refund your entire deposit or offer a puppy from a current or future litter. If a buyer backs out after the puppy is born, the deposit is not transferable to a future litter.
The remaining balance is due at pickup when your puppy is 8 weeks old. If your puppy is being shipped, the balance including shipping must be paid in full before the puppy is released.
It covers major genetic, life-threatening defects such as a heart condition. It does not cover treatable issues like parasites. Your puppy must be seen by your local vet within 3 days of arriving home, and the guarantee is contingent on feeding TLC dog food. Read the full contract.
We’re flexible and can usually accommodate a custom pickup date. We can also keep your puppy after the 8-week mark for $50/day.
If we have available puppies ready to go home, we’re happy to set up a visit when pups are 8 weeks old so you can meet our furry family.
Puppies are sold as pets on limited registration and should be spayed or neutered within 18 months of birth. Full registration is available to approved buyers for an additional cost.
